Telangana IT and Industries Minister KTR has said that Telangana was better than  Andhra Pradesh in providing basic amenities.  On Friday during a meeting which was organised by CREDAI in Hyderabad  KTR compared the development of Telangana with Andhra Pradesh,  and said that there were no roads, electricity and water there.

KTR’s remarks on Andhra Pradesh’ roads, water, and electricity supply have sparked outrage among Andhra Pradesh political circles.

KTR revealed that his one of the friend went to AP and after coming back to Telangana, he called  KTR and requested to arrange four buses from each village of Telangana to AP.  He also revealed that there is no power, water and roads in AP state.  KTR added that send  the people to AP so that people living in Telangana will realize the development here.

AP Municipal Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that he recently visited Hyd and stayed in a hotel. There was no power and the management was depend on a generator. But he did not make this an issue.

Telangana minister Prashanth Reddy has entered the fray in response to Andhra Pradesh Minister Botsa Satyanarayana’s retort to KTR’s statements and questioned why YSRCP ministers are overreacting and reacting profoundly to KTR’s remarks?

Prashanth Reddy said that everything that  KTR mentioned was correct. In reality, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy accepted the power outages.
